We will assist you before, during and after the purchase of your property on the Costa Blanca:
- Our specialized staff will accompany you on site inspections.
- As soon as you have decided in favour of a property, we will be glad to conduct the negotiations with the vendor on your behalf.
- We will procure and check the following documents:
-extract from the land register.
-records of payments such as taxes and municipal rates.
- We will be glad to recommend English-speaking lawyers, banks, architects, insurance agencies etc. to you on request.
- The issuing of option and purchase contracts and the necessary preparations for your appointment with the notary.
- The smooth transition of accounts with the providers of utilities such as water, electricity, telephone and gas, and with the collectors of real estate tax and rates.
